Our Stretch & Strengthen class is designed to be a safe environment for mindful movement. Over 30 minutes, we will warm up our bodies and perform exercises with plenty of options for modification, so you can make this class as gentle or as challenging as your body needs! Our stretches and exercises are based in yoga, Pilates, and dance flexibility and conditioning. We end with a few moments of restorative poses and quiet reflection. This class is open to anyone, as it is customizable to each person's  own body, stamina and flexibility ability. This can be a great option for anyone recovering from an injury, postpartum, or as a safe way to start your fitness journey. It can serve as a stretch and cool down for more active athletes.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (some are available to borrow at the studio), and you're welcome to bring any other yoga props you may have such as a block, bolster, or strap. Chair modifications can be available upon request.

Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Bare feet is fine, although you may wear socks or yoga socks if you are prefer.

Come one, come all!  See the greatest performers on earth in this spectacle performance.  Sing and dance to your favorite songs from The Greatest Showman and put together a dazzling mini-performance for Family and Friends on the last day of class.

Come with nothing but your body, voice, and imagination and leave with the skills to make something from nothing!  This improv workshop will focus on the art of unscripted storytelling through spontaneous improv games and collaborative planned storytelling.

Explore the magic of make believe and theatre through stories about magical acts!  Together we will play games and act out characters and scenes from the stories we read.

Solo singers, duo dancers, and trios of talented talkers build the skills and confidence to present your work in front of an audience of your biggest fans.  We will work together to find your dramatic talents and create a one of a kind performance highlighting the best of each star.

Our popular camp is back! Meet some of the most beloved princesses and learn how to do their favorite dance moves in this exciting interactive dance class! Little dancers will love to twirl and plié right next to a real life princess! Dancers should wear a leotard and tights with ballet shoes with hair in a bun or pulled away from the face. Wear a princess costume on the last day of class for our presentation of the Princesses Performance!

Salutations and Greetings of the most magical kind! We are thrilled to inform you that you’ve been accepted into the Arcanum Training Institute for Marvelous and Uncanny Endeavors! Join us to bring this magical tale to life as 11 year-old Ella is the first conjurer to attend the Arcanum Institute. When her mentor disappears and another conjurer is accused of aiding the Ace of Anarchy, Ella must find a way to clear her name and set things right. Based on the book by Dhonielle Clayton, your young performer will create theatre magic in a final performance at the end of the week.
