Call the Box Office for more information at 270.444.6828 and please complete this Financial Aid Form. Once completed, the form can be emailed to info@mhtplay.org, or mailed or dropped off at the Box Office at 132 Market House Square. Applications must be received at least two (2) weeks before the start of the class. Please only register for the class once you are notified of our decision.
